This error appears because the GDC number is wrong or not present in Pearl. See below how to amend this:
1) Go to Settings > Staff Setup > Edit Staff
2) Click the edit icon for the staff member you would like to change
3) Type the GDC number in the bottom left and click to be a prescriber box below
4) Click Save
