FP17 - Overlapping Claim

This error is occurring because there is a claim already present, the board will not accept the claim if they think you are trying to claim for the same treatment twice.

To resolve this you need to go the patients record and click FP17 on the right.

Search through the claims that are over lapping and send a delete form request for the claim that is wrong.

401 Claim overlaps or duplicates an existing claim for the same patient with the same contract, provider or performer
