FP17 - Debond Not Applicable

This error occurs when there is already a claim present for the patient. Assess and debond claims are only possible for brand new patients, with no existing orthodontic claims.
Common Error Code:
| 894 | An Assess and Debond claim cannot follow any other type of orthodontic claim for the same patient |
