FP17 - Assessment Invalid

This error occurs because there is already an existing Assessment claim for this orthodontic course of treatment. To resolve this you should identify the older claim and either delete or amend it.

Common Error Code:

895	FP17O assessment where previous claim is assessment/appliance fitted
