FP17 - Invalid Patient

This error occurs when transmitting claims for an invalid patient. Transmitting the claim again is unlikely to resolve the issue, which will only occur due to a misconfiguration with your Pearl Dental Software validation settings.

Common Error Codes:

@031 Patient’s sex missing.
@034 Patient surname missing
@035 Patient forename missing
@039 1st line of address must be entered.
@052 Invalid patient’s date of birth.
