Reminders

SMS Reminder

1) Whilst on the diary, click the Diary management button and then Appointment Reminders button on the left.

2) On the appointment reminder window select from a range of practitioners you want to remind for and select the date range you want to remind patients of their appointments for or enter a range manually.

3) Also you can see by what means the patient can be reminded through:

Icons in grey: they can be contacted on these means
Icons in red: they cant be contacted on these means

4)To send the reminders click on the appropriate button for what means you would like to send through.
