The Kiosk allows patients to perform self check-in and sign requested documents independently. Patients love a streamlined patient journey, and this can start with completing paperless forms all in one place from the Kiosk. With Kiosk implemented at your practice it now allows the patients to go straight to the tablet running Kiosk instead of going to the reception. There is no setting the tablet up each day, as long as the patient has an appointment booked in Pearl, the patient can take care of the rest themselves. | |||

When you book that appointment in Pearl, click PearlPad button at the bottom left. Request the specific documents to be signed. | |||
Then click 'Send Patient(s) To PearlPad', by doing this you have now requested the patient complete the following documents. | |||

The patient will then be asked for their date of birth, then some basic supporting details of the person who is using the Kiosk. Once they click 'Login' the Kiosk will automatically check the patient into the practice. | |||
