This error appears because the pin that has been entered is not correct, see below how to change the performers pin in Pearl.

This error occurs when the pin that has been entered in Pearl is not correct. See this advice article from the NHSBSA for a guide on retrieving you PIN from compass.

Once you have confirmed the performer's PIN, enter it into pearl by following the instructions below.

1) Go to Settings > Staff Setup > Edit Staff

2) Click on the edit icon next to the staff member you would like to change

3) If the diary is enabled (tick box at the top right) you can change the performers pin to where it says "PIN"
