Creating a planned appointment
1) To create a planned appointment select planned on the patient appointment snapshot at the top of Pearl.
2) Click add Planned Appointment
3) Enter the relevant details for this specific patient, (you can add people to the wait lists here, with the drop down at the bottom)
4) Once you are happy click save.
Booking a planned appointment - Adding an appointment
1) After you have added an appointment then if the criteria match (start date for the appointment is after the ‘book after date’, same staff member and duration space) then the planned appointment will be automatically filled in for you.
2) Then click save
