* Desired appointment length. | |||
* Can search up to a certain amount of months in advance, | |||
* After and Before a certain time | |||
* Specific days of the week | |||
* 2nd Appointment is where you can book an appointment back to back for the same patient | |||

Adding a new appointment
1)Double click on the white space in the diary
2)Choose the preferred appointment type, choose the duration of the appointment and add any additional notes.
3)Click if you would like to send the patients an SMS or email conformation or would like to send documents to ‘PearlPad’ (can be ‘Patient Portal’)
4)Then click save.
Adding a new appointment - Find A Slot Utility
1) Go to the top of the diary and click the small calendar symbol by the practitioners name
2) The Find A Slot Utility can search for these following criteria's in unison:
- A specific staff members free slots in the diary
- Desired appointment length.
- Can search up to a certain amount of months in advance,
- After and Before a certain time
- Specific days of the week
- 2nd Appointment is where you can book an appointment back to back for the same patient
3) Click search once you are happy with your search criteria
