Setting up a wait list
1) Go to Settings > Appointments Setup > Waiting Lists Setup
2) Here is Pearl's default wait lists, you can edit all of these by clicking on the on the yellow edit button. Also can click on the Disable/Enable button to hide the wait lists.

Adding patients to a wait list
1) On the patient appt snapshot click on the Planned button. Then click Add Planned Appointment
