This error appears when the GDC number transmitted is wrong, of the wrong type or this practitioner has not been correctly registered with the contract.
Check the details of the performer and amend the GDC number, see below for how to do this:
1) Go to Settings > Staff Setup > Edit Staff
2) Click the edit icon for the staff member you would like to change
3) Update the GDC number in the bottom left and check the Professional Type category is correct.
4) Click Save
Common Error Codes:
| 510 | DCP cannot be found on GDC register or is suspended |
| 511 | Claim dates do not coincide with DCPs registration dates |
