This error occurs because the treatment items in the categories match to resolve it you will need to contact the Pearl Dental Software support desk~ 0116 275 9995 (Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:30)

129 No treatment item which matches the band claimed is present on the claim Temporarily suspended and replaced with a comment
132 Reg 11 claim without an appropriate appliance included in the clinical dataset Temporarily suspended and replaced with a comment
133 Free Repair/Replacement claim without an appropriate repairable/replaceable item included in the clinical dataset Temporarily suspended and replaced with a comment
134 Welsh Prescription Only claim without any prescribed items present
