FP17 - Invalid Schedule Query

This error appears when trying to amend a claim that could not be located. It is likely the claim has been deleted, or you mistakenly ticked the delete or replacement form indicator. If neither indicator was ticked, please contact the Pearl Dental Software support desk~ 0116 275 9995 (Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 17:30)

Common Error Codes:

@330 Schedule Query Indicator claim but original cannot be found
@331 Schedule Query Indicator claim but original has already been deleted or is in error
@332 Schedule Query Indicator Deletion but original cannot be found
@333 Schedule query not carried out. Original claim cannot be deleted as it is for a different provider
