FP17 - Completion Invalid

This error occurs because you are trying to complete a course of treatment which has already been completed. You should find the original completion form and amend it, submitting it with the replacement form indicator.

Common Error Codes:

896	FP17O completion/abandoned/discontinued claim where previous claim is Ortho completion
